Ross Jeffrey is a BSc-qualified personal trainer in Liverpool, specialising in weight loss, strength and conditioning, muscle tone and body confidence. Based at PureGym Liverpool Aintree, he helps everyday people build lasting strength and confidence — serving Liverpool, Aintree, Walton and Bootle.

Yes — total beginners are who Ross works with most. Every session is built around your current level, and the first few weeks focus on confidence and technique before anything gets heavy. Do you offer online coaching as well as in-person sessions?
Yes — Ross runs a full online coaching programme alongside 1:1 sessions at PureGym Liverpool Aintree. You get structured training, nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins wherever you train. Ideal if your schedule is unpredictable, you travel, or you just prefer training in your own space.
